After 40 plus years in the transportation field it's finally taking its toll. I've decided to try THC beverages but found that the edibles are the best way to go, I started at 5 mg and decided to up it to 7.5 and it works really good. I take one and a half of these gummies 2 hours before bedtime and sleep good. If you're new to these products keep in mind that whether you eat them or drink the beverages it takes a good hour before they start taking effect.
